Evolution of Russell Law over the years
Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney: Frank Russell worked as a trial attorney prosecuting violent felony criminal offenders in Suffolk County courts. Then, he was recruited by the county of Suffolk and the Suffolk County Police Department where he successfully defended Suffolk County Police Officers during civil cases in Federal Court trials.
Entered Private Practice: Frank Russell started his own law firm and developed a successful solo practice fighting for accident victims and going to trial when insurance companies weren’t offering fair compensation.
Firm Expansion: Frank Russell’s solo practice expanded to include six lawyers. As founding and managing partner and trial counsel on all personal injury cases, he oversaw and managed the personal injury department. He grew the firm to be one of the leading filers of personal injury cases in Suffolk County.
Russell Law: Formerly known as Lite & Russell, the newly named law firm continues the fight for victims’ rights and proper compensation from accidents and injuries. It is dedicated to providing professional representation by experienced trial lawyers.

Frank S. Russell
Founder
Frank Russell, founder of Russell Law, has been a trial attorney since 1981. Throughout his career, Frank has worked as a Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney, defended Suffolk County police officers, and has been in private practice for four decades. Frank’s primary focus is personal injury and accident cases, fighting for the financial compensation his clients are entitled to.

Judge C. Randall Hinrichs
Attorney
The Honorable C. Randall Hinrichs was appointed as Suffolk County Administrative Judge on March 14, 2011. Prior to this, Justice Hinrichs served in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office as an elite homicide trial lawyer and then served as Supervising Judge to the Suffolk County Court. Justice Hinrichs proudly served as a judge for over twenty years before entering private practice and of counsel to Russell Law.
