Biography
Holly Quintana is a dedicated lawyer with a strong background in various legal settings. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May 2024. During her time at Touro, Holly demonstrated exceptional academic and leadership abilities, receiving the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Civil Externship Seminar, the Women’s Empowerment in the Law Fund Scholarship, and the Myra Berman Bar Success Scholarship. She also held prominent leadership roles, serving as Vice President of both the Women’s Bar Association and the Family Law Society, President of the Public Interest Law Organization, and student liaison of the Suffolk County Women in the Courts Committee.
Holly’s professional experience is both diverse and impactful. She has served as a Clinical Intern at the Immigration Rights Advocacy Clinic at Touro Law Center, a Legal Intern at the Law Offices of Arthur E. Quintana, and a Legal Extern at ECLI-VIBES, where she assisted survivors of domestic violence with family court matters. Additionally, Holly gained experience in personal injury litigation and estate planning while working at Lite & Russell, PLLC, now known as Russell Law. Her early career included internships at the Suffolk County Courts, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, and the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, where she developed her courtroom skills and advocacy for victims of crime.
Fluent in Spanish, Holly is committed to effectively communicating with diverse client populations and addressing complex legal challenges with diligence and skill.
