Founder

Frank Russell, founder of Russell Law, has been a trial attorney since 1981. Throughout his career, Frank has worked as a Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney, defended Suffolk County police officers, and has been in private practice for four decades. Frank’s primary focus is personal injury and accident cases, fighting for the financial compensation his clients are entitled to.

Lawton Wakefield

Throughout his career, Lawton has completed numerous jury and non-jury trials to verdict with successful results as a Nassau County Assistant District Attorney and in private practice. Lawton continues to advocate for the rightful compensation for clients inside and outside the courtroom.

Holly Quintana

Holly Quintana is a dedicated lawyer with a strong background in various legal settings. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May 2024. Fluent in Spanish, Holly is committed to effectively communicating with diverse client populations and addressing complex legal challenges with diligence and skill.

Judge C. Randall Hinrichs

The Honorable C. Randall Hinrichs was appointed as Suffolk County Administrative Judge on March 14, 2011. Prior to this, Justice Hinrichs served in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office as an elite homicide trial lawyer and then served as Supervising Judge to the Suffolk County Court. Justice Hinrichs proudly served as a judge for over twenty years before entering private practice and of counsel to Russell Law.
